Laser Hair Removal

Laser hair removal is a procedure now available at our practice. With laser hair removal, we can eliminate unwanted hair from virtually every area of the body, including the face, back, bikini line, and underarms. Even large areas of hair can be treated in just minutes. Patients finally have an alternative to the painful and time-consuming non-permanent treatments of the past 

During removal, light from a high-energy laser is directed towards the skin, disabling all hair follicles in the active growth phase. Several weeks after the first treatment, the treated hair will begin to fall out on its own. At this time, patients may notice new hair growth from other areas. This new growth will have to be removed in one of several follow-up sessions at our practice.
